sunday feelings
For me, Sundays have always embodied reflection, intention setting, and self-care.
In therapy, this is how I approach sessions with clients. I meet you where you’re at, and while each session may look different, depending on life circumstances, I always include room for conversations around reflections, intentions, and self-care.
I truly believe everyone is capable of healing. They just need a safe space to do so.
In sessions, I prioritize identifying healthy coping strategies, and my ultimate goal is to help recognize potential root causes of issues, and support you on your healing journey.
